CHECKLIST
➢ Welcome Letter from the CEO or leadership. Optional. This letter will be displayed on the e-Pledge home page upon login.
 If no is selected, standard United Way messaging will be displayed on the homepage. Click here to view the message.
➢ Welcome Email from the Employee Campaign Manager. Optional for login options 1, 2a and 3a. This email will be sent with login information to each employee. You may also use the same welcome letter from the CEO or leadership in this email.
 If no is selected, standard United Way messaging will be displayed on the email. Click here to view the message.
➢ Employee File. Required for options 1, 2 and 3a. This includes employee's first and last names, employee ID, email address, work location, number of pay periods and home address so they can receive an acknowledgement of their gift.
